Yes, we require that you make an appointment for our Onsite Repair Unit to visit your premises
to complete your repair.
Yes, there is a $30 convenience fee charged on top of the cost of the repair, however, the cost
of the repair is identical to what is charged in a store.
Our diagnosis and quote is free. Unfortunately, the $30 convenience fee is still applicable as our
Onsite Repair Unit did have to visit your location.
Unfortunately, our Onsite Repair Unit will not have any Certified Pre-Owned devices available. If
there is a specific accessory, you’d like us to bring with us, please let your customer agent know
when they confirm your appointment.
Most repairs we can complete in our stores are able to be completed in our Onsite Repair Unit.
Unfortunately, the Onsite Repair Unit does not service OEM in-warranty repairs or device
protection plans through your carrier, retailer, or device manufacturer.
Mobile Klinik takes the safety of our customers and technicians very seriously. Our technicians
will arrive wearing a mask and utilize gloves while completing your repair. They will not enter
your residence – they will provide you a sleeve to put your device in and take the device back to
the Onsite Repair Unit to complete your repair. Your device is sanitized prior to, and after repair
and is returned to you in a new protective sleeve.
No problem! We ask that you provide us 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your
appointment. In some instances, we may be able to adjust your appointment to a new location
if that suits your needs, however, this will be at Mobile Klinik’s discretion based on
appointments scheduled prior to and after your scheduled appointment.
If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice or are not at the agreed upon location, you will still be responsible for the $30 convenience fee.
