At our various locations across Canada, we not only offer professional repair services, but we also sell certified pre-owned smartphones. The phones receive strict inspections, testing and re-testing, and only then they are certified. We offer devices that look brand new and function exceptionally well but at a fraction of the cost! Even if your old phone is past the point of no return, you can still purchase a quality phone when you visit one of our locations. We also buy back old devices, which is a great way to save the planet and get paid for it.
We have perfected the art of quick and effective repairs. No one wants to have to wait several days to get their device fixed, which is why we provide repairs – from broken or cracked screens to battery replacements – in 60 minutes or less! For standard repairs, you’re able to walk into the store, get a free diagnosis and repair within the same visit. There is no need to book an appointment, making your visit hassle-free. 1. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.
2. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan. Activation and repair/replacement must be completed in the same transaction. Subject to approved credit.
3. Offer subject to change without notice. Includes (1) $50 discount on the iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB Good Enough grade certified pre-owned phone; (2) a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax, provided that the customer meets eligibility requirements. Customers must activate a line with Koodo or TELUS at a Mobile Klinik store. Offer also inclusive of a $50 bonus-trade in top-up. Trade-in value determined at the time the eligible device is brought into store, at Mobile Klinik’s sole discretion, and is given to the customer at the time of the transaction, and may not be used at a later time.
