2. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.

3. Mobile Klinik offers a limited warranty that certified pre-owned devices purchased from Mobile Klinik shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. For certified pre-owned devices purchased on or after May 1, 2025, this limited warranty, commences on the date of purchase and either (i) ends one year from the date of purchase or (ii) continues as long as the device has an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan. If Mobile Klinik cannot repair your eligible device (for example, due to parts or replacement device availability), Mobile Klinik may elect to offer the current trade-in value of your CPO Device or a $50 trade-in credit towards your next purchase, whichever amount is greater. 5. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan of $44/month and up. For an eligible activation, Mobile Klinik will provide customer with a $200 credit towards a repair. Activation and repair/replacement must be completed in the same transaction. Not stackable with another activation promo. Not applicable to Apple OEM screen replacement. For iPhone and iPad digitizer/screen replacement single or combo bundle over $200, customers will pay for the difference.

6. Customer save $50 on an outright certified pre-owned phones with an MSRP value between $399 to $598. Customers save $100 on an outright certified pre-owned phone with an MSRP value $599 or higher. The additional $150 credit is (1) a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax as long as the customer meets eligibility requirements. Customer must activate a line with Koodo or TELUS at a Mobile Klinik store. The offer can be combined with other code-based offers, promo codes or other bill credits.
