Whatever your issue is, and whatever make or model your device is, you can count on us to do all we can to help you out. Most repairs are done while you wait, in less than an hour, including most iPhone repairs.
It doesn’t matter if your device is a Huawei, HTC, Apple, Samsung, or LG – we service devices from all major manufacturers. We diagnose, repair and optimize your devices in store, right in front of you. We also offer a large selection of the latest accessories to complement your unique style. Additionally, we carry a large assortment of Certified Pre-Owned Devices that have been expertly refurbished by our professionally trained technicians. 1. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.
2. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan. Activation and repair/replacement must be completed in the same transaction. Subject to approved credit.
3. Offer subject to change without notice. Includes (1) $50 discount on the iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB Good Enough grade certified pre-owned phone; (2) a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax, provided that the customer meets eligibility requirements. Customers must activate a line with Koodo or TELUS at a Mobile Klinik store. Offer also inclusive of a $50 bonus-trade in top-up. Trade-in value determined at the time the eligible device is brought into store, at Mobile Klinik’s sole discretion, and is given to the customer at the time of the transaction, and may not be used at a later time. A one-time connection fee of $80 applies to in-store and call center upgrades and activations and is subject to change without notice. While quantities last.
