If your phone or tablet has sustained damage and isn’t functioning properly – or at all, come by Mobile Klinik’s Montreal location at the Eaton Centre or pop into any of our locations across Canada for a free, on-the-spot diagnosis and quote. There’s no need to make an appointment ahead of time. Just drop in whenever you need us. Our tech experts will repair your device right then and there, often while you wait. Most standard issues can be fixed within an hour or less, which means you can have your device operating properly again before you head back to the office from your lunch break.
Our tech team has ample knowledge and experience behind them, so if there’s a solution for your device, you can bet that they will find it. We service most major brands, including Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Blackberry, Huawei, LG, HTC, Google, and more. And to ensure that our customers feel confident with our services, an automatic Lifetime Warranty is applied to cover all parts and labour completed by our team.
In addition to smartphone and tablet repairs, we also provide a range of other services. We can optimize your device to operate faster, backup your data, diagnose its overall performance, add protection to keep your data safe, install screen protectors, and more. We also sell accessories and certified, pre-owned devices that are gently used and operate just like new. These undergo a rigorous inspection and testing process by our experts. 1. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.
2. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan. Activation and repair/replacement must be completed in the same transaction. Subject to approved credit.

Includes (1) $50 discount on the iPhone 14 Pro 128 GB Good Enough grade certified pre-owned phone; (2) a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax, provided that the customer meets eligibility requirements. Customers must activate a line with Koodo or TELUS at a Mobile Klinik store. Offer also inclusive of a $50 bonus-trade in top-up.
