There’s nothing worse than hearing your smartphone or tablet crash to the floor or land in a puddle of water. It can feel extremely stressful when you’re left with a cracked screen or a dead phone. Before you consider it a loss, come by our Mobile Klinik location in Woodgrove Centre, Nanaimo for an immediate diagnosis and repair.

Once we get started, we’ll have your device back up and running, usually in 60 minutes or less. Walk-ins are welcome, so you can come by when it is most convenient for you, without needing to make an appointment. All of our customers are served on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1. Excluding Apple OEM battery repair. Not stackable with other repair or activation offer.

2. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.

3. Mobile Klinik offers a limited warranty that certified pre-owned devices purchased from Mobile Klinik shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. For certified pre-owned devices purchased on or after May 1, 2025, this limited warranty, commences on the date of purchase and either (i) ends one year from the date of purchase or (ii) continues as long as the device has an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan. If Mobile Klinik cannot repair your eligible device (for example, due to parts or replacement device availability), Mobile Klinik may elect to offer the current trade-in value of your CPO Device or a $50 trade-in credit towards your next purchase, whichever amount is greater. For more information, exclusions, conditions and limitations, please review Mobile Klinik’s Service Terms at: mobileklinik.ca/general-terms-conditions.

4. Offer expires May 11, 2025. Activation must be on a two-year TELUS or Koodo plan. Customer can select either: Sudio True Wireless Open-Earbuds or Sudio Portable Speaker for $0 for a limited time when you activate a device at Mobile Klinik on a two-year TELUS Easy Payment or Koodo Tab Plus term. Customer can apply our $100 in-store credit towards the cost of any of the above products. . Subject to in store availability while quantities last. Offer subject to change without notice. $100 credit applicable upon activating a device with mobility service at Mobile Klinik. $100 credit must be used at the time of transaction. Credit may be applied to accessories, a certified pre-owned phone or a repair. Offer not redeemable for cash or a cash equivalent.

5. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan of $44/month and up. For an eligible activation, Mobile Klinik will provide customer with a $200 credit towards a repair. Activation and repair/replacement must be completed in the same transaction. Not stackable with another activation promo. Not applicable to Apple OEM screen replacement. For iPhone and iPad digitizer/screen replacement single or combo bundle over $200, customers will pay for the difference.
