How to redeem:

  1. Purchase a Certified Pre-Owned phone on Shop.MobileKlinik.ca
  2. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email that includes a promo code and a validation code that will help you unlock your special activation offer with Koodo
  3. The email will also include a link to Koodo’s Bring Your Own Phone page
  4. From this page, you will add a SIM card to the cart
  5. Enter the promo code and follow the prompts to enter your validation code
  6. Select “Add a Plan”
  7. Now when you go to the Plans page, your special offer will appear.
  8. Add the rate plan to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you cancel your service with Koodo or Koodo terminates your service, you’ll have to pay both your Tab and Tab Bonus balance in full.
Depending on the phone you choose, you might get a Tab Bonus to reduce the cost of your phone, making it easy for you to get the phone you really want on the terms that are right for you. The difference between the Tab and the Tab Bonus is that you pay toward your Tab balance every month, but not your Tab Bonus. It’s all for you, on us. The Tab Bonus balance simply goes down each month, and you’ll only have to pay the remaining Tab Bonus balance if you cancel, upgrade or change to an ineligible rate plan before it reaches $0.
Once your Tab balance is $0, the Tab charge drops off your bill, leaving you with more money in your pocket each month.
Yup! Changing your plan is easy. You can change your rate plan anytime, once per billing cycle. All of the eligible plans can be found online in your Self Serve account. If you want to switch to a rate plan you’re not eligible for, you’ll have to speak to a rep. If you switch to an ineligible plan, you’ll have to pay your remaining Tab and Tab Bonus balance in full.
