If the product is resellable, we will give you a pre-paid Visa gift card with the quoted dollar amount. Even if your device is damaged beyond repair, we will happily take it off your hands, recycle it, and provide you with in-store credit. Our technicians can securely transfer your data to a new device or USB flash drive to ensure the privacy of your information.
