1. In-person phone check-up includes a battery health check, charging, microphone speaker, sensor and screen tests. At participating Mobile Klinik stores only. If any repairs are recommended after the in-store inspection and diagnosis, a store representative will review the cost with you and obtain your consent before proceeding with the repair.
2. Excluding Apple OEM battery repair. Not stackable with other repair or activation offer.
3. Customer save $50 on an outright certified pre-owned phones with an MSRP value between $399 to $598. Customers save $100 on an outright certified pre-owned phone with an MSRP value $599 or higher. The additional $150 credit is (1) a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax as long as the customer meets eligibility requirements. Customer must activate a line with Koodo or TELUS at a Mobile Klinik store. The offer can be combined with other code-based offers, promo codes or other bill credits. If customer activates online the offer cannot be combined with other code-based offers, promo codes or other bill credits. The offer is subject to change at any time without notice. (2) $100 bill in-store credit when a customer activates in-store at Mobile Klinik on a TELUS or Koodo Mobility rate plan $44/mo or higher. Subject to approved credit.

Offer subject to change without notice and based on the price difference between a Mobile Klinik Certified pre-owned iPhone 14 Pro 256GB in Good condition and and regular price iPhone 16E 256GB. Customers activating a new Koodo or TELUS mobility rate plan starting from $49/mo at a Mobile Klinik store receive a 20% discount on purchases of iPhone models 12 and above and a $100 in-store credit, as well as a one-time $50 bill credit, inclusive of tax as long as the customer meets eligibility requirements. Subject to approved credit. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for service charges or device purchases, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax.
5. Requires activation of a TELUS or Koodo rate plan of $44/month and up. For an eligible activation, Mobile Klinik will provide customer with a $200 credit towards a repair.
