For repairs, we accept major credit cards as well as Interac debit. We also have direct-bill business solutions.

We’re happy to assist with any problems that arise with the everyday use of your cell phone or tablet. Repair times will vary depending on the complexity of the issue. For common problems including cracked screens, battery replacements and otherwise, we can typically fully service and hand back the device in 60 minutes or less. Android and/or iPhone battery replacements are a good idea when you are running into performance difficulties, such as if the battery is having a hard time holding charge. This can indicate either a faulty component or, more commonly, degradation, as all cell phone batteries lose charge capacity as the months and years go on. We recommend waiting until either your device hits 80 percent battery health or lower. We’re happy to help when it’s time to get your battery replaced by an experienced technician!
